At VenaSpa MD we offer the BTL Vanquish system, the second generation of contactless technology for fat cell disruption that uses RF (radiofrequency) technology for body contouring and permanent fat removal. Compared to "fat freezing" technology from other vendors, RF uses a contactless applicator that results in significantly less discomfort and a much larger treatment area. The system is also FDA-approved for a much larger population of patients.
contactless technology
Unlike fat freezing, which requires constant contact and creates an uncomfortable vacuum between the applicator and the patient's skin, the BTL Vanquish system is completely contactless. It's applicator is the largest in the industry, allowing simultaneous treatment of the abdomen and side flanks and resulting in more even fat disruption.
no BMI limitations
Alternative treatment modalities, including fat freezing technology, is approved and recommended only for patient with a BMI (body mass index) of less than 30. With the BTL Vanquish there is no limitation and the technology is FDA-approved for treatment of patients regardless of their BMI or degree of obesity.
cost effective, no down-time
Because of the larger treatment area size, more fat is reduced with each treatment resulting in lower overall cost of a full treatment package. Additionally, there is no down-time and patients can resume all activity at end of treatment.
